Donna Cohen

Donna
L. Cohen, Managing
Partner, brings sales and management theory into reality by applying
25+ years of successful sales, sales management, and executive-level
management and training experience in the corporate arena with such
companies as Quark, Inc., Customer Insight Company/Experian, Lotus
Development Corporation and Philips Information Systems. Her
consistent record of significant contributions to profit levels and

ranked Sales Representative honors. During her five years as Vice
President of Sales (The Americas) at Quark, Inc., Donna helped lead

Donna holds a B.A. Degree from the

as former President of the Chairman's Club/Volunteer Core for two
consecutive years. Donna qualified as a Finalist for Outstanding

Wayne E. Harding, CPA
Wayne Harding is the COO for Global
Staffing Connection. Previously, he was the CEO for AccTrak21 –
USA, a business software company. He oversaw the introduction of
AccTrak21 products into the US market which included the signing of
a large distributor projected to produce multi-million dollar annual
sales of AccTrak21 products. He holds an active CPA license in
Colorado and is also a CITP (Certified Information Technology
Professional) and is a past president of the Colorado Society of
CPAs. Prior to AccTrak21, Mr. Harding served as a senior director
with CPA2Biz and as a vice president with Great Plains from 1989 -
2000. His past employment includes his own CPA firm, KPMG and
Deloitte & Touche. He received a B.S. in Business Administration
and an MBA from the University of Denver. Mr. Harding is the
recipient of the prestigious AICPA Special Recognition Award for his
involvement in the XBRL project. He also serves on the AICPA
Council. Mr. Harding’s articles are published in numerous
professional journals, magazines, and newspapers including the
Journal of Accountancy, Accounting Technology, and P C
Magazine.

JACK W. HARRIS
Jack W. Harris is Principal of
Harris & Associates, P.C., a Certified Public Accounting firm
registered in the state of Colorado. Harris & Associates, P.C.
maintains a niche practice limited to consulting and expert services
predominantly in the construction, real estate, insurance and
related industries.
Mr. Harris has 25 years
professional experience and has worked on numerous domestic and
international projects. Prior to his 11 years as Principal of Harris
& Associates, P.C., Mr. Harris held managerial internal audit and
controller positions with Peter Kiewit Sons’, Inc. and E.F. Hutton &
Co. Mr. Harris began his professional career with the San Diego
office of Touche Ross & Co. (now Deloitte & Touche).
Mr. Harris has extensive
experience in construction contracting, financial management,
internal auditing, accounting, damages, cost, and dispute
resolution. He provides auditing, accounting, damages and cost
expertise on dispute resolution and consulting engagements on behalf
of owners and contractors throughout the construction industry.
Construction engagement
experience includes a wide range of projects, including
infrastructure and transportation projects (tunnels, highways,
pipelines, viaducts, airports, and rail), power plants
(co-generation, geothermal and hydroelectric), process
(petrochemical plants, coal mining and wastewater treatment plants),
buildings (hotels, resorts, casinos, museums, apartments and
offices), telecommunications projects (cable and fiber optic),
offshore structures, and other special projects (golf courses).
He has directed expert
engagements throughout the US and in Canada, Mexico, Denmark,
Holland, Argentina, Spain and Saudi Arabia.
As Principal, Mr. Harris has
supervised and performed numerous audits, expert analyses and
calculations involving issues of cost impact, cost reporting, claims
cost damages, quantification, lost profits, cost-to-complete, home
office costs, lost revenue, business interruption, operational
costs, interest calculations, foreign currency exchange, and others.
Mr. Harris has provided expert
witness testimony on a number of litigation and arbitration cases.

Liza Lidke, CFC, CSA
Lisa Lidke,
CFC, CSA is CEO/President of FlexMagic Consulting, Inc. and Lidke &

Deanna graduated with a BA from the University of Northern Colorado
in Greeley, Colorado. She has worked for the State of Colorado for 6

the Public Information and Education Section. Her primary

Kevin O. O'Brien, CPA, JD
Kevin O’Brien is a CPA and attorney
teaching as an associate professor in the Business Ethics and Legal
Studies department of the Daniels College of Business. He has an
advanced degree in taxation at New York University and served as a
revenue agent for the Internal Revenue Service. His research
interests involved professional ethics, legal liability associated
with employment decisions, whistle blowing, technology/electronic
commerce, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and the science of teaching.

Gordon Yale
Gordon Yale is the president of Yale
Group, Inc., a Denver-based investment bank and consulting firm and
of Yale & Company, a Denver-based forensic accounting firm which
specializes in securities and audit negligence matters. Mr. Yale is
a former securities analyst, has served as a special investigative
consultant to the Securities and Exchange Commission, the states of
Colorado and Hawaii, and as an expert for both plaintiffs and
defendants in many civil matters. Mr. Yale has extensive experience
analyzing debt and equity securities and has completed or assisted
in the completion of many debt and credit-enhanced debt
