Janine A. Guillen, JD,
MBA, LLM, RN
Ms.
Guillen joined Davis & Associates, P.C. after over 15 years in
healthcare operations and administration. Prior to joining the firm,
she worked for HealthONE in Risk Management & Quality/Regulatory
Affairs. Ms. Guillen concentrates her practice in the areas of
estate and business planning, wealth preservation, asset protection,
probate/estate settlement, elder law, and planning with women. She
is licensed to practice law in Colorado before the Colorado Supreme
Court and maintains a Colorado nursing license.
Ms. Guillen has
taught continuing education courses on planning to many Colorado
CPAs, Certified Financial Planners, insurance professionals, and
attorneys. She has presented at national conferences, lectured to
students and families in higher education venues, and has taught on
a variety of topics in the corporate environment. Most recently, Ms.
Guillen spoke at the national
conference for Wealth Counsel in San Antonio, Texas regarding
planning with physicians and the Medical Group Management
Association’s (MGMA) national conference in Denver regarding asset
protection and risk management.
Victoria J. Marschner

Victoria is a Certified Public
Accountant, with a Masters of Taxation from University of Denver.
Her areas of experience include individual, small business,
corporate and partnership tax planning and preparation, estate
planning and inheritance tax return preparation, tax research and
opinion, business consulting, tax accounting, corporate and
partnership tax accounting and financial accounting instructor. She
has over 25 years of accounting and tax experience and has working
industry as well as public accounting. Her recent interest is public
speaking with the Gear-Up Seminar circuit. Victoria is also an
instructor for the University of Colorado.
Kevin O'Brien
Kevin O’Brien is the
chair of the Business Ethics and Legal Studies Department in the
Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. Kevin has
taught and researched topics in professional and business ethics for
twenty-five years. Kevin designed and teaches the required graduate
business course “Ethics for the 21st Century Professional.”
Marilyn Sudbeck
Marilyn
Sudbeck, CPA is a Tier 3 Member of the Intuit Accounting
Professionals Trainer and Writer Network, Intuit Solution Provider,
Advanced Certitifed QuickBooks ProAdvisor, Certified QuickBooks
Point of Sale ProAdvisor and Certified Sleeter QuickBooks
Consultant. She has authored numerous materials for Intuit including
training materials for Point of Sale ProAdvsior certification. Her
article on the effects of negative inventory was published in the
Intuit ProConnection newsletter. You may view the article at the

. She consults with CPAs, accountants, bookkeepers and many
QuickBooks users in Colorado regarding their use of all versions of
QuickBooks and many 3rd party add-ons. She does not perform the
attest function, prepare tax returns or do write-up work.
Marilyn has a
Bachelors Degree in Mathematics, Teachers College, from the
University of Nebraska and a Masters Degree in Advertising
Management from the University of Denver. After a career in retail
management, she made a mid-life career change to get her CPA
license. She has been working with and teaching QuickBooks since
1996. She is on the CPE Rules Subcommittee for the Colorado Board of
Accountancy. She is the only Colorado member of the Intuit
Accounting Professionals Trainer and Writer Network and is 1 of 11
in the US at a Tier 3 level.
Marilyn has made
QuickBooks presentations at the annual conference of the Illinois
Society of CPAs, the Rocky Mountain Area Conference for Finance and
Accounting Professionals, the Colorado Society of CPAs and The
Sleeter Group’s annual QuickBooks Consultants’ conference in Las
Vegas. She also teaches QuickBooks courses at the University of
Denver Graduate Tax Program.
